Dasu Hydro Power Project Kohistan Terms and Conditions
Recruitment will made on purely merit basis after carefully assessment of candidate qualification, experience and of written test and interview subject to fulfiment of the above criteria. The candidates are required to submit the following documents on email address or by courier service
1. Application along with photograph, CV indicating clearly the Position Applied.
2 Coples of attested Academic and training certificates and experience letters signed by the previous employer
3 Copy of CNIC and Domicile Certificate
4 Valid Affectees certificate (DHPP)
Certificate verifications will be conducted by DHC, Any fake certificates submitted by the candidates will be
punished by the Law. The Representation of the People Act 1976, Section 82, states that any person guilty of
"corrupt practice" shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with
fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.
Hiring Process will be Following
Step 1: Screening of Qualifications through submitted CVs and Academic Certificates:
One candidate can apply for one position only, Candidates who do not meet the qualification criteria will be disqualified Only candidates who meet all the qualification criteria will appear in the written test
Step 2: Written Test (English and Relevant Subjects) Written test will be scored out of 100. Candidates scoring more than 60 points in written test will be called for an
interview.
Original Certificates must be presented at the time of test. if any document is found fake or unverifiable, the candidate
will be disqualified, and the test will not be scored.
Step 3: Interview:
The interview will be scored out of 100. It will be based on English& Communication Skills (20), Technical Knowledge
(40). Work Motivation (20), and Personality (20).
Candidates must have more than 60 points in the interview will go to final selection
Final Selection
Candidates with highest cumulative scores from Written Test and Interview will be selected for the respective positions.
Appointment
The appointment will be initially for the period of three (3) month's further extension will be evaluated based on
performance evaluation from section head and PM/DPM
